This is an excellent opportunity for a payroll professional looking to take ownership of the end-to-end payroll function while contributing to meaningful process and systems improvements.

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate, timely and compliant payroll delivery, while working closely with finance, HR and operational stakeholders across the business.
About the Role n
You will be responsible for coordinating and managing payroll activities, ensuring compliance with enterprise agreements, employment contracts and relevant legislation.
n
Key responsibilities include:
n

Manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely delivery.
n
Maintain payroll records and oversee transactions in accordance with enterprise agreements, policies and statutory requirements.
n
Coordinate mandatory payroll reporting, including Single Touch Payroll (STP), WGEA reporting and ABS surveys.
n
Provide payroll information, analysis and reporting to support the broader finance function.
n
Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve controls and enhance payroll systems.
n
Lead and contribute to payroll improvement projects in collaboration with key stakeholders.
n




Build strong relationships across the business, providing advice and support on payroll-related matters.

Strong knowledge of payroll legislation, statutory obligations and enterprise agreements.

Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.

Experience with
SAP and SuccessFactors
will be highly regarded.
