Key Responsibilities:

Source, screen, and place candidates to meet client requirements.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.

Coordinate daily rostering, payroll, and compliance processes.
n
Deliver outstanding customer service at every touchpoint.
n
Maintain accurate and compliant recruitment documentation.
n
What We're Looking For:

Recruitment, client-facing sales, or business development experience (highly regarded).
n
Strong communication and customer service skills.
n
Self-motivated, results-driven, and a true team player.
n
A solid understanding of recruitment and employment legislation (preferred).
n
Ability to thrive in a quick-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
