Key Responsibilities n

Lead the design and delivery of end-to-end AI solutions

Build and deploy LLM-powered systems(RAG, agents, orchestration)

Develop scalable APIs, services, and data pipelines

Design retrieval and ranking systemsfor accurate outputs
n
Establish AI evaluation, testing, and quality frameworks
n
Ensure solutions are secure, reliable, and cost-efficient
n
Mentor engineers and contribute to technical leadership

Key Responsibilities n

Skills & Experience n
n
Proven experience building production-grade software systems
n
Strong hands-on experience with LLMs / GenAI technologies
n
Expertise in backend development(APIs, microservices, data systems)
n
Experience with RAG, prompt design, or agent-based workflows
n
Strong understanding of system performance, scalability, and reliability
n
Experience with AI evaluation and quality improvement
n
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
n
Nice to Have n
n
Experience with search / retrieval systems or vector databases
n
Knowledge of AI cost optimisation techniques
n
Exposure to secure or data-sensitive environments
n
Background in SaaS or data-rich platforms
n
