Your Role
n
As a CSR, you'll be the heartbeat of our customer experience, ensuring every client feels valued and heard. Your responsibilities include:

Customer Service Excellence:
n
Handling inbound calls and scheduling service requests (300 to 500 calls per week)
n
Managing website scheduling requests
n
Conducting customer follow-up calls
n
Engaging in outbound customer service calls during quieter periods
n
Tracking and analyzing advertising sources
n
General administration support
n
n




What We're Looking For

Superb Communication Skills:
Articulate in writing and speaking with an impactful presence.

Customer Service Pro:
Exceptional phone and email etiquette with a knack for making clients feel special.

Tech-Savvy:
Proficient in Microsoft 365 and quick to learn new systems. Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
