About the Role n
Working across digital printing and pre-press, you will be responsible for preparing artwork, operating digital printing equipment and ensuring jobs are produced accurately and efficiently.
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
n
Operating Konica Minolta digital printing equipment to produce high-quality printed products.
n
n
Preparing customer artwork and ensuring files are ready for print production.
n
n
Performing pre-flight checks, imposition, proofing and basic colour corrections.
n
n




Monitoring print quality and adjusting settings as required.
n
n
Managing jobs from artwork preparation and approval through to final print output.
n
n
Identifying and resolving artwork, file and printing issues.
n
n
Managing production priorities to meet deadlines and quality standards.
n
n
Maintaining equipment and ensuring the production area remains clean, safe and organised.
n
Skills and Experience n
To be successful in this role, you will have:
n
n
n
At least
one year of experience operating digital printing equipment
in a commercial print environment.
n
n
Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Acrobat, InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
n
n
An understanding of digital print production, artwork preparation and print quality.
n
n
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
n
n
Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple jobs and meet deadlines.
n
n
A practical approach to troubleshooting and problem-solving.
n
n
The ability to work independently and contribute positively to a team.
n
Experience that would be an advantage n
n
n
Fiery RIP software and digital print workflow management.
n
n
Pre-press, imposition and colour management.
n
n
Wide-format printing and print finishing processes.
n
n
You don't need to be an expert in every aspect of pre-press. If you have solid digital printing experience and are keen to broaden your skills, we encourage you to apply.
