nacumen to lead a growing team and win work in the New Zealand market. The ideal candidate will come from a specialist facadesn
nconsultancy or multidisciplinary firm, with a proven track record across complex cladding systems including unitised curtain wall,n
nstructural glazing, and a sound understanding of NZ seismic requirements.n
nAs Associate Director, they will mentor the NZ facades team, uphold technical standards, and serve as a key client contact bringingn
nan established network across architects, developers, and contractors to grow Meinhardt's facades pipeline and leverage then
nbroader ANZ platform.
