Heidelberg Materials Australia is seeking a Service Desk Specialist to join our IT team in Parramatta, NSW.
You will be the first point of contact for IT support, delivering Level 1 technical support to internal customers and handling incidents with a focus on excellent service.
You will work within a national IT team, supporting SAP, Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Azure Virtual Desktop, and you will participate in an on-call roster to ensure reliable technology services.
