What You'll Do
Deliver Great Customer Experiences
Engage customers confidently and provide friendly, energetic service
Share product knowledge and introduce new collections
Support sales through upselling and cross‐selling opportunities
Maintain Store Standards
Replenish stock and maintain visual merchandising standards
Support deliveries, stock counts and inventory accuracy
Keep the store clean, organised and customer‐ready
Support Daily Store Operations
Process transactions accurately through POS systems
Follow store procedures and loss prevention standards
Support product launches and peak trading periods
Who You Are

Part‐Time Availability Requirements
This is a permanent part‐time position.
Availability to work 3–4 days per week is required, at least one late night and one weekend day.
Flexibility to work store trading hours.
Rosters are planned in advance to support consistency and work‐life balance.




Flexibility to support business needs, peak trading periods and major product launches is expected.
Availability throughout peak trading periods, including November to January, is essential.
Full and permanent Australian working rights are required.
