Healius is seeking an experienced Medical Laboratory Scientist to lead the day-to-day operations of a satellite laboratory, ensuring high-quality, effective and compliant diagnostic services.
This on-site role will involve ownership of workflows, quality and performance across the team.
You will drive improvements, shape ways of working and collaborate with Pathologists and senior scientific staff, while mentoring staff and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
