Ofload is scaling rapidly and seeks a Strategy Manager to work directly with the CEO and Leadership Team on high-stakes projects, M&A; workstreams, and the operating rhythm that drives the business.
You will own end-to-end workstreams, surface risks early, and ensure critical decisions are made efficiently.
You'll be the glue in the room, coordinating with founders and senior leaders, and driving structure and momentum across strategic initiatives.
