You will handle phone and email enquiries, memberships, bookings and experiences, delivering exceptional service from first contact.
Role involves creating bookings, quoting accurately, processing payments and reconciling at day end.
Casual roster includes seven days per week with varying shifts; WHS and sustainability practices are part of daily duties.
