About the role
n
We are seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join our team, based in Fremantle on a permanent full time basis. This role is a key support role within the Sales and Marketing team and its objective is to provide high quality support for Marketing team for
Rottnest Express, Horizontal Falls Seaplane Adventures, Exmouth Dive & Whalesharks Ningaloo, Captain Cook Cruises
and the wider Journey Beyond team.
n
Reporting to the Sales and Marketing Manager you will be assisting with the development of revenue, market share, reputation, and profile.
n
Key responsibilities will include
:
n
n




Income generation through coordination of sales and marketing activity including campaigns by assisting with planning and execution
n
Planning, content generation and community management of content for social channels
n
Support and grow stakeholder relationships
n
Monitoring campaign performance and preparing sales and marketing reports.
n
Conducting competitor and market research to identify trends and opportunities.
n
Supporting trade, group, and partnership initiatives to drive business growth.
n
Coordinating events, sponsorship activations, familiarisations, and industry engagements.
n
n
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
n
n
Previous experience in a sales, marketing, tourism, hospitality, or similar coordination role.
n
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
n
Experience working with CRM, CMS, social media, and digital marketing platforms.
n
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
n
Proficiency across the Microsoft Office Suite.
n
High attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
n
Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
