Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Time & Attendance Officer to support the Farms team at Baiada Hanwood. This role is critical in ensuring employee time and attendance records are accurate, compliant, and processed within required deadlines.n
Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and monitor employee time and attendance records
n
Review timesheets and attendance data for accuracy
n
Follow up with employees and managers regarding missing or incorrect attendance records
n
Assist with resolving timekeeping and attendance queries
n
Ensure employee hours, overtime, leave, and other attendance information are accurately recorded
n
Provide regular attendance reports and information to managers and HR
n
Maintain accurate employee records and documentation
n
Work closely with HR, Payroll and Farm Managers to resolve discrepancies
n
Ensure processes are completed within required deadlines
n
Provide general administrative support to the Farms team as required
n
n
Required Skills:
n
n
Previous experience in timekeeping,



payroll, or administration (desirable)
n
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
n
Confident working with numbers and computer systems
n
Positive Excel and Microsoft Office skills
n
Strong communication and organisational skills
n
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
n
Comfortable following up with employees and managers
n
Able to work independently as well as part of a team
n
Maintains confidentiality when handling employee information
n
Positive and practical approach to problem-solving
n
