HammondCare, leading dementia and aged care services, is seeking a Dementia Support Coach for Dementia Support Australia in Adelaide.
You will work across care settings, applying empathy and coaching to support clients, carers and staff.
This fixed-term role runs until June **** and is based in our Adelaide office.
Applicants should have relevant Allied Health or aged care qualifications, robust organisation, and a willingness to travel intrastate/interstate to deliver DSA services.
