Dementia Support Australia (DSA), led by HammondCare, is recruiting a Dementia Consultant to support people living with dementia and those who care for them across diverse care settings.
The role is based in Hobart or Launceston with a fixed term contract until June ****.
You will apply biopsychosocial assessment, implement non-pharmacological strategies, and work with clinical teams to improve quality of life.
Travel may be required.
