Civil Mining & Construction (CMC) is seeking an experienced Leading Hand to join a DTMR Bruce Hwy upgrade project from Marlborough northwards.
You will manage onsite construction, coordinate multiple trades, and lead a team of plant operators and labourers on a long-term civil infrastructure assignment.
The role offers a 10/4 roster with accommodation provided (or DIDO if local) and a pathway to permanent, full time work on other rosters and projects.
