Access Health and Community (AccessHC) is seeking a casual Allied Health Assistant (Grade 3) to join the Adult Allied Health & Chronic Disease Care team. The role supports delivery of high-quality care to adults with complex conditions, across clinic-based care, home visits, community outreach and group programs.
You will work within a multidisciplinary team (Physiotherapist, OT, podiatrist, dietitian, exercise physiologist and nurse educator) with robust supervision and opportunities for
