Panthers Group is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to lead the business events sales across Western Sydney Convention Centre (WSCC) and Events Centre Penrith (ECP). You will shape the sales strategy for both venues, develop the team, and build opportunities that grow revenue and venue utilisation.
You will proactively source recent business, manage a strong pipeline, and collaborate with Trilogy Hotels, Group Marketing, and Group Relationships to maximise accommodation and events
