National 360 in Hobart is seeking a Client Support Representative to be the first voice clients hear. Based in our Rosny Park office, you will manage referrals, coordinate appointments and support client enquiries to create a seamless experience.
You will work with clinicians and the national Client Support Team to deliver an exceptional client experience, maintaining accurate records and helping clients access NDIS, Aged Care and private funding pathways.
