Moon Dog Wild West Geelong is seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead the kitchen for a new Western-themed venue in Geelong, opening around December. You will recruit, train, and manage the kitchen team, develop a solid menu with Tex-Mex/Americana offerings, and work closely with ops leaders to ensure exceptional food quality and service.
You will drive food cost control, safety, and consistency across regular service and events, while shaping team culture and delivering outstanding guest
