This is a fully remote, flexible contract role where you'll use your expertise to challenge, evaluate, and refine how AI reasons through complex chemistry problems. No AI background required — just robust subject matter knowledge and sharp analytical thinking.

What You'll Do
Design advanced chemistry problems across domains such as chemical engineering, biochemistry, organic chemistry, and physical chemistry to rigorously test AI performance
Develop clear, detailed, step-by-step solutions that demonstrate rigorous scientific reasoning
Evaluate AI-generated responses for accuracy, logical soundness, and depth of understanding
Collaborate with researchers to refine and improve benchmarks spanning undergraduate through Master's-level chemistry topics
Provide structured,



high-quality feedback that directly improves AI model outputs
Who You Are
Currently pursuing or have completed a Master's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, or a closely related field
Strong problem-solving skills across advanced chemistry domains
Able to communicate complex scientific concepts clearly and precisely in writing
Detail-oriented with a systematic approach to evaluating quality and accuracy
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently and asynchronously
No prior AI or machine learning experience required
Nice to Have
Experience with data annotation, data quality assessment, or evaluation frameworks
Familiarity with AI language models or STEM education content development
Background spanning multiple chemistry sub-disciplines
