A day in the life of a Bistro Supervisor:
Actively engage with guests by sharing your passion for our products and create special moments that our guests won't forget
Lead the bistro in a hands on basis in guest service, health and safety, compliance and cleanliness
Ensure all team members are correctly inducted, trained and developed, particularly in product knowledge e.g, ingredients in food, menu items, promotional items and specials
Let our guests know about our amazing ALH Loyalty Programs and their many benefits and product offerings
Work closely with the Venue Manager and Head Chef to help grow the food offer
Contribute positively to our culture of responsibility; which is centred around safety and Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) compliance
Inherent requirements:
This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
About you:




You have great experience in food, particularly in a venue pub/club environment
You are great with people, detail and communication and are motivated to make magic happen for your guests and your teammates
You have versatile availability across the day, evenings and weekends
You hold a current RSA certificate
You'll be yourself and come as you are - ALH is known for its people!
