Our two-year Graduate Program has been designed for recent graduates who are ready to step out of the classroom and into the real world of construction. Through three structured rotations, you'll gain exposure to different aspects of the business, work alongside experienced industry professionals and discover where your strengths and interests lie.
This is not a role where you'll spend your days watching from the sidelines. You'll be involved in real projects, real challenges and real career-building opportunities from day one.
Job Description
Who We're Looking For
We're seeking graduates who are excited about building a career in construction and ready to gain hands-on experience.
To be eligible, you must:
Have completed a relevant degree within the last two years in:
Construction Management
Engineering (Civil, Structural, Mechanical, etc.)
Project Management
Estimating or Quantity Surveying
Hold Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency
Have a current driver's licence
Be willing to work on project sites and travel where required
