What Your Day Could Look Like
One appointment might involve helping a nervous patient feel comfortable after years away from the dentist.
The next could see you completing orthodontic records, scanning for a clear aligner case, reviewing Dental Monitoring progress or working with one of our dentists on a comprehensive treatment plan.
You'll have the opportunity to:
Use your extended adult scope across preventive, periodontal and restorative care
Play an active role in explicit aligner and orthodontic treatment
Complete digital scans, clinical photography and patient records
Manage periodontal maintenance and long‐term preventive care
Educate patients in a way that builds trust and encourages them to take ownership of their health
Collaborate with our dentists across cosmetic, restorative, implant, orthodontic and family dentistry
Build genuine relationships with patients rather than rushing them through a transactional appointment
You'll have clinical autonomy with an experienced team close by whenever you want another perspective.

You'll Probably Love It Here If You...
Have current, unrestricted AHPRA registration as an Oral Health Therapist
Have at least three years of private-practice experience in Australia
Have extended adult scope and want the opportunity to use it
Have experience with clear aligners or orthodontics
Are warm, confident and able to help nervous patients feel at ease
Enjoy being involved in diagnosis, education and comprehensive care
Take pride in your clinical work and attention to detail
Are curious, coachable and keen to keep growing
