Assistant Store Manager

THE OPPORTUNITY

Support the Store Manager with daily operations,



team performance and store standards.
Create a premium customer experience that builds loyalty and repeat business.
Step up, take ownership and help drive the store towards its commercial goals.
ABOUT YOU
You're a proven retail leader with experience in a Store or Assistant Manager role.
Sales is your strength. You love engaging with customers, closing sales and leading by example.
You know how to motivate a team and hold people accountable to their targets.
You're commercially minded, KPI-driven and thrive in a performance-focused environment.
You bring confidence, energy and a polished approach to premium customer service.
Womenswear or premium fashion experience will be highly regarded.
