This is an prospect to join a growing financial services business where the focus is on providing a high-quality, responsive service to investors and advisers.
n You'll be part of the Investor Services team, managing a mix of email and phone enquiries across a portfolio of investment funds. Importantly, this isn't a high-volume call centre environment. The focus is on understanding the enquiry, getting the detail right and providing a professional investor experience.

The role is based in Sydney CBD with hybrid flexibility, including one day working from home each week.
What you'll be doing: n
n
Responding to investor and financial adviser enquiries via email and phone
n
Managing investor requests and ensuring queries are followed through to resolution
n
Supporting investor onboarding, applications and documentation
n
Assisting with AML/KYC and investor information requirements
n
Maintaining accurate investor and registry information
n
Supporting requests relating to holdings, transactions and investor communications
n
Working with internal fund administration and operations teams on more complex enquiries
n
Identifying recurring queries and opportunities to improve the investor experience
n

What we're looking for: n
Ideally, you'll have some experience within registry, fund administration, investor services or a similar financial services environment.
n
You might currently be working in a larger registry or fund administration team and be looking for a role that offers more ownership, broader exposure and less of a high-volume service environment.
We're looking for someone with: n
n
Experience in registry, fund administration, investor services or financial services operations
n
Strong written and verbal communication skills
n
Confidence dealing with investors and financial advisers
n
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
n
A professional, calm and helpful approach
n
The ability to manage enquiries from start to finish
n
An interest in developing broader knowledge across funds, registry and investor operations
n
n
This would particularly suit someone who enjoys investor servicing but wants to move away from a heavily scripted, high-volume environment into a role where quality, accuracy and ownership of the investor experience matter more than call volumes.

Salary: $65,000–$75,000 + superLocation: Sydney CBDHybrid: 1 day working from home per week
