About the role
As our Early Childhood Teacher, you'll lead a high-quality educational program for our preschool children, working alongside a dedicated team of educators who share your passion. This is a role where you'll have genuine autonomy and the freedom to bring your creativity and ideas to life. You'll:
Plan, implement and evaluate a play-based program aligned with the EYLF
Document children's learning in meaningful ways and share their journey with families
Prepare children for a confident, smooth transition to school




Embed Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander perspectives authentically throughout the program
Support children with diverse needs, working with families and allied health professionals where needed
Mentor, guide and inspire the educators around you
Build respectful, lasting relationships with children, families and the community
Lead reflective practice and contribute to our Quality Improvement Plan
Help shape the future direction of our curriculum and pedagogy
About you
You're someone who lights up a room, values teamwork and is always looking for ways to grow. You'll bring:
Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
NESA accreditation
Valid NSW Working With Children Check
Current First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificate (HLTAID012)
Child Protection training
Sound knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Standard
Strong communication skills and a warm, professional manner with families
A collaborative, reflective approach and a genuine love of working with young children
