Use AI and automation tools to make our processes simpler and faster
Create and maintain employment contracts, job descriptions, organisational charts, organisation announcements, employment letters and performance management documentation.

Experience with an HRIS and, ideally, an LMS
Curious about AI and automation, with a bias for simplifying process
Organised, detail‐focused and trusted with confidential matters
Comfortable working with a Founder and senior leaders, and happy to roll your sleeves up
Tertiary qualification in HR, Psychology or a related field is desirable

A values‐led, supportive team in a growing global brand
