Senior Beauty Therapist & Asst Spa Manager
We're looking for an experienced, Diploma qualified Senior Beauty Therapist to join our team and step into the role of Assistant Spa Manager. This is a unique prospect to combine your passion for delivering exceptional treatments with the chance to lead, mentor and support the team. Working closely with the Spa Manager, you'll spend the majority of your time in the treatment room, while also helping to run a smooth and welcoming spa and leading the team in the Spa Manager's absence.
Key responsibilities
Delivering a full range of endota spa treatments to the highest technical standard
Creating a warm, welcoming and memorable experience for every guest
Recommending tailored treatments and products to meet each guest's needs
Driving rebooking, retail performance and guest retention
Maintaining spa presentation, hygiene and safety standards
Supporting the Spa Manager in the day-to-day running of the spa, and acting as Manager in their absence
Mentoring, coaching and inspiring therapists and front-of-house team members
Assisting with onboarding, training and ongoing development of team members
Supporting rostering, appointment scheduling and treatment room utilisation
Handling guest feedback with care, confidence and professionalism
About you
Diploma of Beauty Therapy (or equivalent qualification)




Significant experience as a beauty therapist, ideally within a premium spa or wellness environment
Previous experience mentoring, leading or supervising a team, or a strong desire to step into leadership
Advanced treatment skills, including facials, massage and body treatments
A genuine passion for wellness and delivering exceptional guest experiences
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead by example
A commercial mindset, with confidence in achieving sales and performance targets
Excellent organisation and time management skills
Competence with booking systems and general computer skills
A positive, calm and solutions-focused approach
