Caffery's is seeking an organised and detail-focused Aftersales Administrator to join our Service team in Echuca. Working closely with the Aftersales Manager and Aftersales Coordinator, you will play a central role in service job administration, invoicing, warranty claims, purchasing and day-to-day customer support.
The role
We are requiring a reliable and accurate administrator who enjoys keeping details organised, following tasks through and supporting a team.
They must communicate clearly,



work comfortably across competing deadlines and take pride in accurate records and customer service.
Confident communication skills and a professional phone manner with internal and external customers.
Strong administration, scheduling and prioritisation skills.
Excellent attention to detail across data entry of invoicing, purchasing and document control.
Sound computer literacy, including Microsoft 365 programs.
The ability to work collaboratively in a busy, deadline-driven workplace.
Experience with Pronto or in an automotive or agricultural machinery dealership will be highly regarded.
An understanding of farming communities and rural operations would be an advantage.
