This is a dual‐position role that supports both Reception and Food & Beverage operations. You'll be the welcoming face of the retreat, assisting guests from check‐in to check‐out, while also providing high‐quality service in our restaurant and lounge areas.
Key Responsibilities
Reception
Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service
Manage check‐ins, check‐outs, and reservation enquiries
Handle phone calls, emails, and guest requests professionally
Process payments and maintain accurate records
Provide local information and assist with guest itineraries
Food & Beverage
Serve guests in the restaurant, bar, and lounge areas
Take orders, deliver meals, and maintain a clean dining workplace
Assist with bar service (training provided if required)
Set up and pack down dining areas
Follow food safety and hygiene standards




What We're Looking For
Strong communication and customer service skills
A positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
Ability to multitask in a fast‐paced environment
Reliability, professionalism, and a team‐focused mindset
Previous hospitality or reception experience is an advantage, but not essential.
