Client Experience Assistant – Gold Coast n
We're seeking a proactive Client Experience Assistant to assist our Client Experience Executives to deliver exceptional service to tenants and owners across our Gold Coast portfolio:
n
In this role, you will be supported by a larger Operations team, Client Experience Executive team, Leasing team and Virtual Assistants, as well as have access to Stacey Holt membership for best practice advice.
n
You'll handle end-to-end property management, while building robust relationships, providing excellent customer service and ensuring compliance. Your key responsibilities will include:
n
n
Routine Inspections: Conduct timely property routine inspections.
n
Entry & Exit Reports: Complete detailed entry and exit reports, and property condition assessments.
n
Build strong relationships by liaising with tenants, landlords, and tradespeople to ensure smooth communication and timely resolution of issues that arise.
n
Carry out other related ad-hoc duties, and further associated tasks as required.
n

Experience in property management operations.
n
Solutions-focused with a genuine care for residents and is committed to delivering outstanding service.
n
Holds a valid driver's licence and own transport
n
Highly organised with strong time management and attention to detail.
n




A team playerwho works well with internal teams and external stakeholders while managing tasks independently.
