Warehouse Picker & Packer
to join our Thomastown distribution team. This is more than just moving boxes. The products you handle help Australian workplaces manage spills, store dangerous goods safely and protect their people.

What your day will look like
No two days are exactly the same. You will be involved in a broad range of warehouse and distribution activities, including:
Picking, packing and preparing customer orders
Receiving, checking and putting away incoming stock
Loading and unloading trucks and shipping containers
Booking freight by phone and through online portals
Completing delivery dockets and dispatch paperwork
Using RF scanners and warehouse systems
Assisting with stocktakes and inventory control
Completing light assembly work using hand tools
Keeping the warehouse clean, organised and secure
Accuracy, teamwork and safety are important in every part of this role.
What we are looking for
You do not need to know everything on day one,



but you do need the right attitude.
You will be someone who:
Has previous warehouse, stores, picking and packing or distribution experience
Holds a current forklift licence
Holds a valid Victorian driver's licence
Works safely and looks out for others
Is reliable, punctual and ready to work
Takes pride in completing orders accurately
Can work independently without constant supervision
Communicates clearly and works well with a team
Has good literacy, numeracy and basic computer skills
Is physically capable of regular manual handling tasks
Can stay organised when the warehouse gets busy
Experience with RF scanning, freight booking systems and VIC metropolitan logistics will be highly regarded.
