Corrs Chambers Westgarth is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Sydney Corporate, M&A;/Financial Sponsors Group. You will work closely with partner Fadi Khoury and the national Corporate team on significant capital markets and M&A; transactions for premier fund managers, advising on private and listed fund formation and complex capital raisings.
The ideal candidate has approx. 4+ years' PQE, experience in capital markets, and a cooperative approach to delivering exceptional client service.
