BackTrack is seeking a dedicated staff wellbeing role to provide confidential, everyday wellbeing support across teams, going beyond a traditional EAP. You'll help staff recognise and manage vicarious trauma and establish healthy qualified boundaries with young people.
You'll also coach managers, design practical training, and maintain trusted referral pathways to EAP and external services, while upholding strict confidentiality and working across local sites with minimal travel.
