Southern Cross Botanicals is seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Customer Service & Logistics Coordinator to join their team in Knockrow. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building strong customer relationships while coordinating end-to-end logistics and ensuring orders are delivered accurately, efficiently, and compliantly across domestic and international markets.
About the Role
As the key point of contact for customers, you'll be responsible for managing orders from enquiry through to delivery, coordinating freight and export documentation, and working closely with supply chain partners to ensure a seamless customer experience. This role combines customer service excellence with logistics coordination and operational support.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service Coordination
Deliver exceptional customer service and respond to enquiries promptly
Provide product pricing and freight quotations
Resolve customer issues and escalated complex matters where required
Build and maintain positive customer relationships
Order Processing & Documentation
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
Coordinate timely order fulfilment and delivery
Prepare export and shipping documentation
Maintain order tracking systems and dashboards
Logistics Coordination
Coordinate freight and transport providers
Ensure compliance with Australian and international shipping requirements
Manage product labelling and specialised shipping requirements, including Dangerous Goods




Support inventory planning and dispatch activities
Communication & Reporting
Liaise with customers, distributors, sales representatives and supply chain partners
Participate in cross-functional operational meetings
Generate and maintain DIFOT and operational performance reports
Process Improvement
Update work instructions and operational procedures
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and service delivery
Support freight purchasing, invoice reconciliation and customer account setup
About You
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
Previous experience in customer service, logistics, supply chain, freight coordination, or a similar position
Strong administration and organisational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
High attention to detail and accuracy
Experience with order processing and documentation management
The ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced setting
Knowledge of export documentation or Dangerous Goods requirements will be highly regarded
