Doveton College is seeking a dedicated Student Wellbeing Youth Worker to support students from Prep to Year 9. The role focuses on targeted therapeutic support, program development and engagement to promote wellbeing across the college.
Youth engagement and mentoring are core components, with responsibilities across Tier 1–3 activities, collaboration with staff, and access to resources to improve mental health outcomes and learning participation.
