DomesticLoss Adjuster
to join our dynamic team. Based in Sydney, this role is ideal for a professional who thrives working autonomously while managing a diverse portfolio of
domestic property claims

You will handle claims from initial instruction through to final settlement, working closely with insurers, brokers, and clients to ensure a timely and professional outcome. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in domestic loss adjusting,ideally with insurance or loss adjuster qualifications or be prepared to undertake such study.
Key Responsibilities: n

Manage end-to-end loss adjusting for domestic claims.
n
Assess damages, determine liability, and provide detailed reports to insurers.
n
Conduct remote site assessments (with occasional on-site visits as required).
n
Liaise with insured parties, brokers, repairers, and other stakeholders.
n
Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and company procedures.
n
Manage claim costs effectively and negotiate settlements where appropriate.
n
Prepare and submit accurate and timely reports with clear recommendations.

Requirements: n
n
Experience in domestic property loss adjusting
n
Strong technical knowledge of insurance policies, coverage, and claim processes.
n
High level of self-motivation and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
n
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple claims simultaneously.
n
Valid Australian Driver's Licence (for site visits)
n
Diploma of Loss Adjusting
(ANZIIF or equivalent) highly regarded but not essential.
n
