What will you work on?
The team advises Australian and international clients across:
Leveraged and sponsor-backed finance
Private credit and alternative lending
Corporate and syndicated lending
Complex domestic and cross-border financing transactions
You'll gain exposure to financing arrangements involving major financial institutions, private capital providers and corporate borrowers.
The opportunity




The practice offers the opportunity to build experience across a range of financing structures rather than being confined to a single product or transaction type.
You'll work closely with experienced Partners and specialist teams on complex transactions, with exposure to the broader commercial and strategic considerations driving financing arrangements.
