About the Role
Lead the multidisciplinary team at CALHN's Urgent Care Hub – BRIGHT Sefton Park.
Shape safe care in the community, support patients with complex health needs and guide evolving models of care that help people avoid hospital where appropriate.
Lead nursing and allied health staff in community




Manage service demand, staffing and workload allocation
Build partnerships and coordinate care pathways
Guide service change and develop team performance
Monitor safety, quality, service data and patient outcomes
About You
To be successful in this role you will:
Hold or be eligible for NMBA nurse registration
Hold or be eligible for a current practising certificate
Bring strong nursing and multidisciplinary leadership skills
Lead complex projects, service change and quality improvement
Build partnerships and support person and family centred care
