Bespoke Careers is partnering with an Australian fintech to hire a hands-on Performance Marketing Specialist for a six-month fixed-term contract in Current South Wales. You'll own customer acquisition across paid and organic channels, drive growth through CRO and experimentation, and optimise every marketing dollar.
Reporting to Growth Marketing Lead, you'll work with product, data and design teams, manage budgets and agencies, and explore AI tools and automation to improve acquisition efficiency.
