Lead physical preparation for the Brisbane Tigers' Hostplus Cup squad within its high-performance partnership with the Perth Bears. The practitioner delivers gym- and field-based strength and conditioning and develops individual programmes across the competition season. Responsibilities include GPS and training-load monitoring, physical testing and interpretation of performance data. The coach also coordinates recovery, injury-prevention and return-to-play support with other performance and medical staff.

Responsible for the Hostplus Cup squad's physical-performance programme, including individualised periodisation, field and gym preparation, GPS monitoring, testing and rehabilitation collaboration. This is autonomous responsibility for a defined senior-team programme rather than wider department-level leadership.
