Key Responsibilities n

Provide high‐quality
personal care and patient support
n
Assist patients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene
n
Support mobility, transfers, and safe patient handling
n




Monitor and report changes in patient condition
n
Assist with feeding and daily living activities
n
Maintain patient dignity, comfort, and privacy
n
Support nurses and healthcare professionals in daily tasks

Follow infection control and hospital safety procedures
n
Maintain accurate care records and documentation

Requirements n

Certificate III in
Individual Support / Aged Care / Health Services
preferred
n
Experience in hospital, aged care, or clinical workplace preferred
n
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
n
Compassionate and patient‐focused attitude
n
Ability to work flexible shifts (including weekends if required)
n
Knowledge of Australian healthcare standards preferred
