We're looking for someone who knows how government works and is confident being the name and voice of our projects. You don't need to be a career recruiter. You do need to be at ease with clients and candidates at every level and to deliver what you promise.
What you'll do n
n
Be the named contact on our recruitment campaigns, taking calls from candidates and clients
n
Manage relationships with panel chairs and agency stakeholders, from entry-level staff to Senior Executives
n
Keep projects on track against client timelines,



milestones and reporting requirements
n
Project Manage government recruitment processes
n
Contribute to quotes and proposals for new work
n
What you'll bring n
n
Strong working knowledge of the APS: how agencies operate, how selection processes run, and what senior executives expect
n
Confidence on the phone and in the room with senior people
n
A record of delivering to deadlines and formal requirements
n
Comfort with ambiguity and with situations where the answer isn't obvious
n
Recruitment experience is welcome but not essential
