What you'll do n
As our Production Supervisor in our Business Enterprises team you'll:
n
n
Lead day-to-day production activities while supporting employees of all abilities
n
Coach, motivate and develop team members in a supportive workplace environment
n
Ensure customer expectations, productivity and quality standards are met
n
Coordinate stock, orders and supplier relationships
n
Promote a protected, positive and inclusive workplace culture
n
What you'll bring n
n
Forklift and medium-rigid license essential.
n
Experience in production, manufacturing, logistics, hospitality or similar environments
n
Demonstrated leadership capability an inclusive workplace environment
n




Robust communication and customer service skills
n
A willingness to roll up your sleeves and lead from the front
n
An enthusiasm for working alongside people with a disability
n
n
(You'll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate – but don't worry, we'll help guide you through this.)
