Hefty.gg is seeking a proactive Junior Marketing Director to drive user acquisition and subscriptions through community engagement, paid campaigns, and partnerships. The role is full time hours on a 3–4 month contract with potential to transition to permanent based on performance.
Location is Sydney with options for remote or hybrid work. The ideal candidate will understand online communities, identify where the audience spends time, and translate interest into sign-ups.
