Dementia in Parramatta is seeking a Workshop Facilitator to design and deliver engaging, evidence-based training across acute, residential, and community aged care settings, building confidence and capacity among staff.
You will design programs, facilitate sessions, coach teams, and monitor outcomes, working with HammondCare's Dementia Support Australia program.
A driver's licence and travel interstate are required; hybrid work possible; fixed-term until June ****.
