Owners Corporation Manager
to join our ranks.
What you will be doing:
This is a challenging, fast‐paced role centered on relationship building and outstanding service. You will take ownership of your own portfolio, which includes:
Relationship Management:
Being the primary point of contact for your clients, handling all communications with empathy and professionalism.
Operations & Compliance:
Arranging and running AGMs, managing maintenance projects, and ensuring insurance policies and claims are handled efficiently.
Financial Stewardship:




Overseeing finances for properties within your portfolio.
Growth & Development:
Working closely with the General Manager to achieve your qualified goals, while supporting other team members to reach theirs.
