Harmony Property Investments is a commercial property investment product that operates independently as a division of MRS Property. Providing independent commercial property investments since ****, Harmony manages a growing portfolio of 24 commercial property investment funds, with more than $1 billion in funds under management.
Harmony is seeking an Investor Relations Officer to join its Adelaide-based team in a permanent, full-time, office-based role, providing accurate day-to-day support across accounts and investor relations.
About the role:
Reporting to the Director, this role acts as a primary point of contact for Harmony's existing and prospective investors and will be responsible for delivering a consistently professional, responsive, and high-quality investor experience.
The position has primary operational responsibility for Harmony's investor registry and administration platform, Unitise, including investor records, communications, capital raising workflows, and ongoing system
administration.
As Harmony continues to grow, the role will play an important part in developing scalable, well-documented and efficient Investor Relations processes capable of supporting growth in Funds Under Management,
number of Funds and investor base.
Key responsibilities include:
Provide high-quality day-to-day service to Harmony's existing and prospective investors
Act as Harmony's primary operational user and internal Unitise champion
Take operational responsibility for completion of Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements as part of the investor application and onboarding process,



including collection, review and maintenance of required investor identification and supporting documentation. Escalation to the Financial Controller for more complex matters.
Coordinate the operational and investor administration requirements associated with Harmony capital raises and new Fund launches
Coordinate the delivery of Harmony's recurring and transaction-specific investor communications
processing, approval workflows and supplier payment runs
Coordinate Harmony's investor events and other investor engagement activities
Support the effective administration of Harmony's Funds from an investor perspective
Contribute to the continued development of efficient, scalable and well-documented Harmony operating processes
Maintain responsibility for the effective operation and integrity of Harmony's departmental filing and document management systems
Maintaining investor and unitholder information in Unitise and assisting with applications, transfers, redemptions, distributions and investor statements
Assisting with investor enquiries, portal access, KYC obligations, voting and proxies, and investor events




Documenting procedures and identifying opportunities to improve processes and controls
Providing leave and peak-period coverage across Accounts and Investor Relations
About you:
2–5 years' relevant professional experience in investor relations, funds management, wealth management, financial services, property, fund administration, qualified services or a related environment
Exceptional organisational and time-management capability
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Confidence communicating with sophisticated investors and senior stakeholders
Strong communication skills with a professional, service-oriented approach to investors
Genuine interest in commercial property, investment and funds management
Strong discretion and understanding of confidentiality requirements
Experience with Unitise is not required, however experience with investor registry, CRM, financial services or other data-management systems would be highly regarded
