About the Role As an Internal Account Executive, you'll play an important role in supporting and servicing a portfolio of commercial and Corporate insurance clients while working closely with experienced brokers and Account Executives.
You'll gain exposure to a diverse client base and develop your technical insurance knowledge while contributing to client retention, growth and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities Manage and support an existing portfolio of commercial insurance clients Assist with policy renewals, endorsements and general account administration Build robust relationships with clients, insurers and internal stakeholders Identify cross-selling and growth opportunities within the portfolio Prepare quotations, policy documentation and client communications Support credit management and maintain accurate client records Ensure compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements Deliver exceptional client service at every interaction About You We're looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, takes ownership of their work and is passionate about helping clients achieve positive outcomes.

About you Required: Bachelor's degree and 3 years related experience or High School Diploma/GED and 8 years related experience required.
License required.
Preferred: Professional designation such as Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) or Associate in Risk Management (ARM) preferred.
Excellent sales capabilities; outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
